Hellkats Powerboats is dedicated to building our boats to the highest quality standards. From the building materials used, to the design of our components, to how we infuse the parts, we guarantee everything is top-notch. All our parts are Vacuum Infused with high-vacuum. This compresses the layers during infusion resulting in a laminate that is lighter, stronger and more resistant to delamination. For all hulls we do a one-piece infusion meaning the hull, stringer, and bulkhead structure are all infused as one from the start, no adhesives, no tabbing. This results in the strongest possible structure and gives you the peace of mind to rely on your Hellkats when conditions take a turn for the worse. In addition to being a one-piece infusion we do all our stringers and bulkheads in Carbon to maximize hull stiffness, stop stress cracking, and increase the hulls longevity. We also offer the option of full Carbon/Epoxy construction with a further option for exposed Carbon surface finish. For the visual Carbon you can choose where you want it done and what type of weave. Whether the E-Glass or Carbon construction is chosen we incorporate Carbon in key areas for rigidity and Kevlar in key areas for impact toughness on every boat.
